After leaving school at 18 Noel joined J W Swithenbank, a family owned regional Fresh Produce Wholesale business, where alongside many amazing colleagues they developed a Food Service Business, across chilled, ambient and frozen products to customers throughout the UK.
In 2002 Noel established Delifresh, based in Bradford, with the purpose of supplying quality ingredients, to premium customers on a regional basis, with the emphasis of providing the highest levels of quality and service.
The business has developed to now incorporate multi sites throughout the country, servicing both independent and group business on a National scale. Their range consists of over 2500 SKU’s and they deliver products into over 1700 kitchens every day working to very short order lead times
Delisfresh’s facilities are modern and incorporate leading edge systems and technology, and their story is one of continued growth and investment.
In October 2025 Delifresh were acquired by the Musgrave Group, an exciting new chapter in its history, and Noel as Managing Director is looking forward to delivering their future growth strategy.
Noel lives in a small Village called Menston, adjacent to the famous and beautiful Ilkley Moor, in Gods Own County. Happily married for over 30 years to Norah with a wonderful son who works within the hospitality sector in London.
