Drew Reynolds

FPC DIRECTOR/ TOTAL PRODUCE GROUP TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Drew has a PhD in Horticultural Science and extensive experience in all aspects of the horticultural industry, including growing, management, acquisition, research, consultancy, prepared food and produce technology.


He has built a reputation and track record for product development, new technology, people development and sustainability and has experienced a wide range of horticultural and food manufacturing operations home and abroad.

His career started as a production manager for a plant propagation unit and after this he moved to MAFF as an ADAS Horticulture advisor specialising in top fruit and berry development. He then spent 19 years at Geest in Spalding where he had many roles starting as technical manager and progressing to technical director.

In 2008 he joined Total Produce Technical and Business Development Director where he is now Group Technical Director. During his time there he has had a commercial period as a Managing Director but in the main his roles have been technical and business development (adding value).
