SWST - Grower Roadshow 2026

The free 2026 Grower Seasonal Worker Roadshow is taking place at venues across the UK, and all UK horticultural businesses employing seasonal workers are invited to attend. The events are open to growers using the Seasonal Worker Scheme or other recruitment routes.

Running from 9:30am to 3:30pm, each Roadshow will provide key updates on the Employment Rights Act and the Seasonal Worker Scheme, with practical insights into what these changes mean for horticultural employers.

Attendees will hear directly from retailers and growers, and will have the opportunity to join interactive sessions covering good practice in areas such as recruitment scams, accommodation standards, pay, cultural diversity, and supervisor guidance.

These events aim to support growers in strengthening worker welfare while maintaining robust and effective business processes.
