CropLife UK Research into EU/UK Dynamic Alignment Impacts on PPP

CropLife UK has commissioned a piece of evidence work from The Andersons Centre to examine the possible impacts of different approaches to alignment of plant protection product ules/decisions as part of an SPS Agreement. The report contrasts the immediate retrospective alignment approach suggested by UK Government, with the same approach delayed by 2 years, and with a managed approach to alignment that follows regulatory good practice to align when decisions are made under a future single regulatory regime.
