HSE Announcements of GB expiry date postponements

GB Biocidal Product Regulations have been amended affecting all biocidal active substance and product type combinations which expire between 23 June 2026 and 30 July 2031. The amendment postpones those active substance expiry dates until 31 July 2031.

This amendment will impact up to 173 active substance/product type combinations. The expiry date postponements are subject to a timely renewal application being submitted and accepted. The 105 active substance/product type combinations shown in the table below have met these requirements and the expiry dates are postponed until 31 July 2031.
