Covid-19 derogation for use of electronic phytosanitary certificates extended

Defra has advised that it will continue to accept electronic copies of phytosanitary certificates to 1 October 2020. FPC lobbied for confirmation of the extension which has now come following the publication of the EU Implementing Regulation.
