CDS Release 4.6.3.1 Details attached - 9th April

On 9th April Release 4.6.3.1 will be delivered for CDS. This release will not require any system downtime and will deliver new Goods Location Codes and some minor validation for some Document Codes and Additional Procedure Codes.
FPC members can find an attached document which provides guidance on how this will affect declaration completion.
