The FPC collate fresh produce data from the European Rapid Alert System Food and Feed portal and creates a report for FPC members.
This report summarises key trends for food safety interceptions that are made at EU borders. It is a useful reference for determining risk for product / country / hazards.
Members are able to request specific data based on their own products / countries and specific hazards and a report can be run for them. Please contact kshields@freshproduce.org.uk for more details.
