In 2018, IGD and WRAP launched the Food Waste Reduction Roadmap, a world-first initiative outlining the route the UK food industry should follow to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 12.3 and deliver against the Courtauld Commitment targets. Nearly 4 years on, close to 300 organisations from across the UK food industry have now committed to target, measure, and act on food waste.
