Public Consultation for Fairtrade International's Certification Programme

Fairtrade International, representing around 2 million farmers and workers across 22 member organisations, is the first programme to be benchmarked against both SSCI social and environmental criteria at the same time. As part of its evaluation for SSCI recognition, a public consultation is open from 11 September to 11 October 2026, inviting sourcing professionals and industry stakeholders to review the assessment report and share feedback.
