Haloxyfop-P MRL reductions effective 19/12/2025

As notified in a previous HSE ebulletin issued on 27 February 2025 (Pesticides: Proposed future GB MRLs amendment for haloxyfop-P), it was proposed to retain some MRLs for haloxyfop-P.
The full range of commodities for which this applies is detailed in the decision document. The remaining MRLs will be lowered to the limit of quantification.
Following completion of the notification process to the World Trade Organization, new MRLs for haloxyfop-P were adopted on 20 June 2025.
To allow trading partners and food business operators time to adjust to the new lower MRLs, the date of entry into force of all the new MRLs is 19 December 2025. The future MRLs can be reviewed in the decision document on the HSE website.
The current MRLs in the GB MRL Statutory Register have an expiry date of 18 December 2025 and the new MRLs will appear in the register from 19 December 2025.
