FPC speak at House of Lords Select Commitee

Nigel Jenney, FPC CEO, spoke at the House of Lords Select Committee on the impact of the TOM and Common User Charge. It was an opportunity to represent the industry and the major concerns raised prior to the publication and expected implementation of the Target Operating Model.
