FPC respond to Common User Charge Consultation

FPC provided a response to the Common User Charge Consultation on Friday 7th July. FPC broadly oppose the charge in it's current format due to the lack of clarity and information provided to date.
Fruit and vegetables are considered to be low risk and are therefore out of scope for the charge, however certain cut flowers (medium risk) and all high risk plants for planting will be charged coming through the Port of Dover or Eurotunnel.
