The EU has released the Food Fraud Newsletter covering November 2022. Consignments of smuggled tomatoes and peppers (33 tons) were reported in Paraguay after entering the country from Argentina with no official inspection checks.

This document can be used to monitor international activity and assist with fraud assessments such as TACCP (Threat Analysis Critical Control Point) / VACCP (Vulnerability Analysis Critical Control Point).
