Ensuring Correct Declarations and Use of Waiver Codes for HRFNAO

The FPC are aware that the Food Standards Agency are working closely with Port Health and traders to understand the scale of 'mis-declarations' through incorrect commodity codes being entered for HRFNAO declarations.
Members can check the current HFRNAO lists for GB and EU / NI below and are being advised to ensure that all codes used for declarations are correct for the product being imported.
