Calling all growers - Just Good Workers app information

The Just Good Work app is being used to help provide real-time, scheme-wide communication and worker insights across the SWS. The aim is to help protect workers from hidden exploitation risks during recruitment and on farm, and support them to have a positive experience when working in UK agriculture and horticulture so that they wish to return next season.

Just Good Work provides clear advice and guidance for seasonal workers - in their own language, both in text and audio format - and it increases the transparency of recruitment and employment across the Seasonal Worker Scheme. Just Good Work provides reliable information about every step of the seasonal work journey, and is a valuable tool for both workers and growers.

The app has been used by thousands of migrant workers to help them make decisions about working in the UK, and journey here safely.

• Encourage them to download the app in your messaging including any onboarding or communications you send out throughout the season.

How To View Just Good Work:

• Click this link to download Just Good Work in the App Store or Google Store for free.

• You will be asked to select your language preference and a few other options – select United Kingdom as the place where you are looking for work. Click any other options for the remaining questions.
  

• After the intro pages, if you don’t see this icon, click on the menu in the upper right corner and select Enter your work code. Use the code swsg287 to access the Seasonal Worker Scheme content.
• In the Seasonal Worker Scheme section, you can choose to listen to the content or read it by using the no text and text slide at the top. You will also see audio options in other parts of the app.
