This workshop will bring government, food industry, microbiology testing providers and microbiology experts together to define testing regimes that would support management of public health and food safety risks from Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli.

This will be a one-day (anticipated from 9:30-16:30; agenda to follow), event with the options for in-person and virtual participation. The workshop will be held on Tuesday 12th November 2024 in London at Friends House (173-177 Euston Road, London, NW1 2BJ). For those travelling to London or available on the evening of the 11th, an optional group dinner will be arranged. If you are not able to attend and feel that a colleague would be a suitable addition to the invite list, please feel free to forward the event details to them.

Please note that registration for the workshop closes on 25th October. Accommodation and travel will be the responsibility of individual delegates, with support available where essential and upon request to the Food Safety Research Network.
