MSIN Conference 2026: Action Speaks Louder Than Words

October

15

2026

This year’s theme, Action Speaks Louder Than Words reflects MSIN’s commitment to moving beyond statements and into practical, collaborative solutions that protect workers and strengthen responsible sourcing.

We’re delighted to welcome an exceptional line‑up of speakers, including:

  • Dame Sara Thornton, former UK Independent Anti‑Slavery Commissioner, who will chair key panels throughout the day
  • Giles Bolton – CEO ETI, A longstanding advocate for human rights and collective action
  • Marie Mannion, the new operations director of the Fair Work Agency and a previous director at the DWP
  • Duncan Staff, award‑winning filmmaker (Longtail Films), exploring how powerful storytelling can shift public understanding and drive change

The conference will also include an update on MSIN’s progress, new tools for members, and shared learning from across the network.

For the food, horticulture and agriculture sector, this is a chance to connect directly with experts who will give practical advice on how we find and disrupt labour rights abuses in our supply chain, understand how MSIN can help you with disclosure, and gain practical insight into emerging risks and expectations.

Collective action is how we make real progress.
