6 June – Independent Worker Survey
The Independent Worker Survey involves three anonymous worker surveys delivered during the season to all workers on the seasonal worker visa —at no cost to growers.
This session will provide:

• An overview of the survey's purpose and process
• How growers can access their live data via the reporting dashboard
• Practical tips to increase worker participation

13 June – Responsible Recruitment Progress Assessments (RRPAs)
RRPAs are continuous, in-depth assessments designed to improve supply chain transparency and strengthen Scheme Operator performance.
In this session, you'll learn:

• How RRPAs support grower due diligence
• How RRPAs help reduce risks and enhance the recruitment and on-farm experience of seasonal workers

20 June – Supervisor Training & Resources
Effective supervisor training is critical for a positive workers experience.
This session will highlight:

• Training and resources available for supervisors

• Tools to support responsible employment practices for seasonal workers on a day-to-day basis
