FPC Technical Group meeting - autumn 2021

Our next Technical Group meeting for FPC members is being hosted by i2 FAST at its Head Office. As well as hosting the meeting, i2 FAST has kindly offered members the opportunity to take a tour of the laboratory.

This will be a hybrid meeting with the option to either attend in person or to join the meeting virtually.

The agenda includes:

• Update from the Chemicals Regulation Directorate/HSE
• Trading in 2021 and preparations for EU import requirements in 2022
• Plant health controls - update
• Sustainability Group - report
• Packaging regulations and reporting requirements.

Places are limited for the tour/meeting in person due to Covid-19 restrictions so if you are interested to attend in person and to take the tour you must book a place by contacting sian@freshproduce.org.uk .
