FPC Technical Group February 2021

All FPC members are invited to participate in the FPC Technical Group meeting.

Our agenda for this meeting covers:

• Coronavirus (Covid-19): FPC guidance and industry issues raised by members.

• Report from the Chemicals Regulation Directorate plus discussion on how industry can manage future MRL divergence between GB and NI/EU.

• Trading in 2021: presentation and discussion including feedback on issues, covering:
  • Changes coming on 1 April including: plant health requirements for imports from EU; trading with Northern Ireland
  • Application of rules of origin
  • Re-exporting from Great Britain.

• Red Tractor Standards Review - consultation.
