FPC Response to Common User Charge Consultation

This consultation seeks views on whether a proposed levy of £20-£43 should be charged to all consignments eligible for SPS checks - i.e. Medium and High risk goods - passing through the Port of Dover and Eurotunnel, regardless of whether they are inspected at a BCP or not. This levy is to fund the Government run facility of Sevington.
