The Fresh Produce Working Group, which includes FPC and some our members, provides WRAP with guidance on future priorities and develops projects under the Courtauld 2025 Agreement. The Working Group has focused on high waste volume categories and has overseen the delivery of a number of projects of benefit to the UK fresh produce industry. In addition, the group has worked to review and update Food Standards Agency guidance for consumers on how to store potatoes, and with Defra and the FSA on updated guidance on the application of date and related storage advice on pack.
