Oak Processionary Moth legislation comes into force 24th May 2023

As communicated back in March 2023, the GB Plant Health Services have introduced legislation (attached here) which will:
- make changes to movement requirements for oak trees, to combat the pest Oak Processionary Moth (see here for more information), and
- make certain corrections to the legislation.
This legislation will come into force on 24th May 2023. See this supplementary information for more details.
