FPC has responded to the UK Government’s consultation on the UK Internal Market White Paper. The paper sets out the principles of mutual recognition and non- discrimination to enable frictionless trade, avoid additional costs and maintain fair competition.
At the end of the transition period a number of regulatory powers will pass from the EU to the devolved administrations in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
