HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) Stakeholder Engagement Research 2023

There is a current research survey that HMRC is conducting among its stakeholders. Yonder (formally Populus), an independent research agency, is conducting this survey on behalf of HMRC. We would like to hear about your views and experiences of HMRC over the last 12 months. The findings will be used to improve the ways in which HMRC engages and communicates with its stakeholders.

Taking part in this online survey is a great opportunity to provide confidential feedback. You will have an opportunity to share your views and experiences about your professional relationship with HMRC as a stakeholder.

The survey will take around 10-15 minutes to complete. Please note that the survey may take a little longer if it is done on a mobile phone.

The closing date for the survey is 3 March 2023.

Your feedback will be completely anonymous. Individual responses will not be attributable or made available to HMRC. Any information you provide as part of this study will be used for research purposes only.
