Members of the Food & Biocides Industry Group (FBIG) had a discussion with Russell Wedgbury (CRD), as well as representatives from the Food Standards Agency, and the FSA’s Advisory Committee on Microbiological Safety in Food with regard to the forthcoming UK implementation of the new EU Maximum Residues Levels for chlorate, in particular for processed products.
