Chlorate EU MRLs - update

We have received information provided by CRD which confirms our previous update on timing for the proposed changes to EU chlorate MRLs. FPC members can see the details here on the voted proposals. CRD is also asking for views on how the UK will apply the requirements of the footnote covering processed foods so please read the request for industry views by 22 May.
