Rwanda & UK Horticulture Connect Conference

17 January 2018

This event is planned by Rwanda's National Agricultural Export Development Board (NAEB) to be held from 14th to 16th February in the capital Kigali.  The trade mission will be split between field trips to Rwandan horticultural and floricultural producers and a one day working conference on the challenges of trading with the UK and management of the supply chain looking at specific logistical and quality and legislative requirements.

The emphasis is to promote incentivised investment in horticultural and floricutural production in Rwanda and expand exporting relationships to the UK for these sectors.

For UK importers interested in trading fresh produce and flowers with Rwanda, costs will be met by the UK Foreign Office in advance.  Rwandair flights will be provided as well as hotel accommodation and transport.
