Scheduled downtime affecting import clearances

13 April 2018

We have been advised that due to essential maintenance work, internet access to various Defra applications, including PEACH, is likely to be impacted on Sunday 15 April. The window has been given as between 0800-1700hrs but it is hoped that the work will be completed by 1400hrs.

Neither CHIEF, ALVS nor the link between PEACH and eDOMERO are expected to be impacted, so any applications already on PEACH should clear as usual. If however urgent HMI-regulated imports are required to be cleared during the potential downtime can importers or their agents please contact the Helpdesk for assistance.

APHA apologises for the short notice for this downtime. As usual PEACH applications should be submitted either side of the downtime wherever possible.
