Scheduled downtime affecting import clearances

2 November 2017

Due to ongoing work to relocate Defra’s IT infrastructure, access to various applications will be affected from approximately 1900hrs on Friday 3 November to 0900hrs on Monday 6 November.

We do not expect any impact on ALVS this time, but access to PEACH may be affected. If any importers or their agents require urgent clearance of airfreight imports can they please contact the appropriate Helpdesk.

The coming weekend’s work is anticipated to be the last extended downtime as a result of the hardware and software migration. Defra has said that it would like to thank all its stakeholders for their patience during the last few weeks.
