Scheduled downtime affecting import clearances

14 February 2017

Due to essential maintenance work, APHA’s eDOMERO system will be unavailable for up to two hours between 1200-1400hrs on Thursday 16 February.

Access to PEACH will be unaffected, but APHA inspection and release decisions will not be passed to ALVS during the downtime and the APHA balls on PEACH applications will remain Grey.

Once eDOMERO is back online the queued traffic will be passed to ALVS and risk assessment will resume in PEACH for APHA applications.

Importers and their agents are advised where possible to make PEACH applications either side of the downtime.
