Scheduled downtime affecting import clearances

3 April 2017

Due to essential maintenance work, APHA’s eDOMERO system will be unavailable for up to two hours in a maintenance window between 1200-1700hrs on Thursday 6 April.

Access to PEACH will be unaffected, but APHA inspection and release decisions will not be passed to ALVS during the downtime and the APHA balls on PEACH applications will remain Grey. Once eDOMERO is back online the queued traffic will be passed to ALVS and risk assessment will resume in PEACH for APHA-only and Joint applications.

Importers and their agents are advised where possible to make PEACH applications either side of the downtime.

Due to network maintenance, users may have experience brief ‘blips’ in connectivity to the Government on 2 April  between 1230-1430hrs. These ‘blips’ lasted a few seconds while network traffic was redirected to backup servers. A second maintenance window to complete the work is scheduled for Wednesday 5 April between 2145-2300hrs.
