Defra/ Wrap Food Waste Survey

Last year Defra conducted a consultation on improved reporting of food waste by large food businesses in England. Defra would like to better understand the costs to businesses of measuring and reporting their food waste, to supplement data gathered through its initial consultation. Defra have engaged WRAP to seek feedback on this from the industry.
