Worker Status. 12 months, following the Taylor review - what can be done to prepare?

n our employment law update we will consider the recent run of legal challenges on employment status which has highlighted the risk faced by businesses that individuals engaged on a purportedly self-employed basis may turn out to be workers. We will also discuss the Taylor Review which has investigated the changing nature of work, the gig economy and has shaped the government proposals for future reform. Finally, we will provide some practical guidance on what is expected in the next twelve months and what you can be doing to prepare. What have we learnt from the recent case law?
